Cashew grades, such as W240 or W320, indicate the size and quality of the kernels, measured by the number of whole kernels per pound. We primarily supply processed cashew kernels, fully handled in-house to ensure quality and traceability. However, when required, we can also provide raw cashew kernels, primarily for the Vietnamese and Indian markets, tailored to client specifications and volume. We supply cashew Nut kernels intended for wholesale distribution, food manufacturing, and retail packing, and food service applications.

Pricing is determined by grade, origin, volume, seasonality, market conditions, and agreed delivery terms.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer and letters of credit, subject to contractual
agreement.

We support independent third-party inspections when requested by the buyer. We understand the importance of trust and reliability, which is why we also encourage our clients and partners to visit our farms and processing facilities, allowing them to verify sourcing, quality, and compliance firsthand.

We ensure batch-to-batch consistency through controlled sourcing from our own farms, careful segregation during processing, and documented quality procedures at every stage. Each batch is fully traceable, allowing clients to rely on consistent size, quality, and standards for their orders.

Before shipment, each batch undergoes comprehensive quality checks, including grading verification, visual inspection, moisture content assessment, and packaging integrity. These measures ensure that every consignment meets our strict quality, safety, and export standards, giving clients confidence in consistency and reliability.

Cashew kernels are packed in export-grade cartons with protective liners, designed to maintain quality and freshness during container shipment. Packaging options can be tailored to client requirements, including weight, carton type, and sealing methods, to ensure safe transport and compliance with international standards.

Each shipment is accompanied by standard export documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and any certificates required by the destination country. Additional documentation can be provided upon request to support compliance, traceability, and customs clearance.

We commonly support the following Incoterms: FOB, CIF, and EXW.

• FOB (Free On Board): We deliver the goods onto the ship at the port of shipment, and the buyer assumes responsibility from that point.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover the cost, insurance, and freight to the agreed destination port, with risk transferring to the buyer once goods arrive.
• EXW (Ex Works): The buyer takes responsibility for picking up the goods from our facility, including all transport, export, and import arrangements.

Yes. Each shipment is supported by full batch-level traceability and standard export documentation, including origin and quality records. Where required, our clients are also welcome to visit and audit our any of our local farms to verify sourcing practices firsthand
